TICKET TYPES

1 Day/1 Park Tickets: Your reservation will be for the day of your parade, exclusively in Disneyland® Park

2-Day Park Hopper Tickets: Reservations will be for Disneyland® Park on the day of your parade, and Disneyland California Adventure® Park for a different scheduled day

3-Day Park Hopper Tickets: Reservations will be for Disneyland® Park on the day of your parade, then Disneyland California Adventure® Park/Disneyland® Park on two other days

For example, if you have 12 dancers, who all ordered 2 day park hopper performer packages – you will receive 1 complimentary 2 day park hopper pass. Frequently Asked Questions

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Anyone age 7 and up! EPIC Dance Tours choreography is fun for all ages and talent levels. All parade dancers must be age 7 by the day of your registered parade, to join the parade performance at Disneyland® Park. This is a Disneyland® Resort policy and we are unable to make any exceptions.

HOW MANY OF MY DANCERS MUST SIGN UP IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE?

There is no minimum of required dancers to participate. However, with every 10 participants studios receive chaperone tickets.**

WHAT ARE CHAPERONE REQUIREMENTS?

Your complimentary studio owner/faculty tickets that are earned with participants include a requirement to chaperone. Every 10 dancers require a chaperone. This allows EDT to have enough adults backstage to keep our schedule running smoothly – keeping your dancers safe and enjoying this magical time.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL DANCERS HAVE TO ENJOY THE DISNEYLAND PARKS?

Family vacation time is priceless. Our schedules are planned for efficiency so rehearsals, transitions, and the performance will only take a portion of the day. The remaining time is for making memories together! Purchasing higher Park Hopper ticket days will also allow for as much family time in the park as you desire.

WHAT KIND OF SHOES ARE WORN FOR THE PARADE?

Shoes are not included in the package cost. Female dancers must purchase the all white Keds-like canvas sneaker (tie version – not slip-on). Male dancers may purchase any all black sneaker with no visible logo.

WHAT DOES CHOREOGRAPHY AND REHEARSALS LOOK LIKE?

Studios that are registered will receive Disney approved choreography videos around 10 weeks before the parade. At EDT we are involved in your rehearsal process. We encourage studios to have weekly rehearsals. We will ask for videos of your choreography at 8 weeks before show, and 4 weeks before show so that we can review and give feedback. We want the process to be smooth for you and your dancers!

WHEN WILL WE KNOW WHAT TIME OUR PARADE IS AT?

Disneyland® Resort will release our parade time approximately two weeks prior to our performance. We will hold a final zoom meeting at that time to go over timeline for the day, what chaperone responsibilities look like, and give all the details to help your studio look professional and your day to run smoothly

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

California is known for its exceptional weather. Light rain means the parade will still happen. We will do our best to delay the parade in the case of moderate weather. However, in the case of severe weather the parade will be cancelled. If we are forced to cancel due to severe weather, unfortunately there are no refunds.

CAN I USE MY DISNEYLAND® RESORT MAGIC KEY?

All parade dancers must purchase an EDT Performer Package. This ticket includes access to dress rehearsal and backstage access in the Disneyland® Park. However, your guests may use their Magic Key pass.

I UNDERSTAND PARK RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO OUR TICKET PURCHASES. WILL WE NEED TO MAKE OUR OWN PARK RESERVATIONS?

No. We will take care of that for you! All dancer packages and guest tickets purchased through Epic Dance Tours™ will automatically receive pre-arranged park pass reservations with their ticket. You will NOT be able to change the reservation attached to the tickets. If using a Magic Key for guests, please make sure to have reservations match those of your performer ticket.
